Linden Hill Elementary PTA

The playground equipment in the background of this photo is paid for and maintained by the PTA.  This is just an example of what the PTA does in order to support Linden Hill Elementary and  its students.

The Linden Hill Elementary PTA is an all-volunteer group of parents and teachers interested in influencing the quality of student education.  The PTA has regular and direct access to the school administration, maintains awareness of neighborhood issues, monitors district policy, and keeps its membership informed.   Active participation in the PTA is the best way for parents to meet others that have children in the same grade and to learn about organizations not affiliated with the school system (scouts, sports, etc).

Our PTA organizes many events that enrich the education of our children.  Some directly supplement education (school assemblies, book fair, etc).   Others indirectly support education by taking on expenses that otherwise would draw from the educational budget (playground equipment, student planners, etc).
